This notice covers YuvoDesk’s pre-launch waitlist, not a live AI chat service. YuvoDesk is currently a working product name. No subscription or payment is taken on this website.

What you choose to share

When you join, we store your email, preferred language, consent version and signup/consent timestamps. You must be 18 or older. We do not collect a phone number, payment details, or a conversation through this form.

Why we use it

We use these details to maintain the waitlist and send you a launch invitation. The checkbox is your permission for that purpose, not for unrelated promotions. We do not sell your email. Signup does not guarantee a launch date or availability.

Who processes it

Supabase stores the waitlist. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse and processes browser/device and connection signals. Our hosting provider processes requests and may retain security logs. When invitations are sent, the configured email provider will process the recipient address and delivery data. Services may process data outside India; an India database region is not a promise of India-only processing.

Retention and security

The live waitlist retention limit is 180 days after your most recent signup consent, with scheduled cleanup. An HMAC-derived email identifier is used for abuse limits; those buckets expire within two hours. The application does not log form bodies or store raw IP addresses in its waitlist tables. Provider security logs and existing backups follow the providers’ configured retention, and are not erased instantly by a live-table deletion.

Withdraw, correct or delete

A monitored support/deletion address will be published here before this form is enabled. In this unconfigured preview, signup is disabled and no email is saved.

What is not happening here

The sample conversation is an illustration. It does not call an AI provider, save a memory or set a reminder. There are no advertising pixels or analytics trackers in this starter. Turnstile is loaded only when the waitlist is configured to open.

Before the app launches

The AI product will need a separate notice describing chat history, saved memories, AI/search providers, deletion controls, account terms and payments. This waitlist notice is not a promise that those features are already available.
